Stephanie Chefas is founder and editor of Platinum Cheese. In addition to her online endeavors, Chefas has been curating art exhibits for nearly a decade in Los Angeles and San Francisco (among others) and recently opened Stephanie Chefas Projects in Portland, Oregon.
