Scion Installation 7 Art Tour

Scion’s illustrious national art tour, Installation, returns for its 7th year. Installation 7 launched in February at Scion’s own 4,200 square foot Installation L.A. gallery space in Culver City. After visiting Brooklyn, NY, in March, the tour now moves on to Wichita, KS with a free opening reception on Friday April 29th from 7pm – 11pm at Tangent Lab, 143 N. Rock Island, 3rd Floor, Wichita, KS 67202. The exhibit will run until May 21st.  The event is free with RSVP at: http://www.scionav.com/installation

Installation 7 continues with the popular all-video format that was introduced for Installation 6. The annual tour is designed to present established and emerging artists and their work to audiences across the country. This year’s tour will visit: Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Minneapolis, Austin, and Wichita.

Focusing on video challenges artists to delve into this rich but largely undiscovered medium. The featured artists are: Cheryl Dunn, David Choe, Cody Hudson & Jared Eberhardt, Franki Chan, Gluekit, Mackie Osborne, Matt Goldman, Souther Salazar, SSUR© and The London Police.
